Pineapple’s bromelain enzyme provides amazing health benefits
Pineapple – Bromelain Benefits
You’ve probably heard of an enzyme found in pineapple called Bromelain. This enzyme is often used by itself as a supplement to aid in various ailments and boost general health. It is also added to natural digestion aids, anti inflammatory remedies, and general health supplements.
There are also quite a few additional health benefits that may be lesser known than its most common uses. It has been linked to better heart and circulatory health, improvement in asthma and other breathing conditions and improved immunity.
Improved blood circulation, heart health and breathing conditions
Bromelain is particularly known for being very efficient at breaking down proteins which accounts for its common use as a digestive aid. Fibrin is a protein that is used in the clotting and thickening of blood. Bromelain works as a blood thinner since it assists in breaking down this substance.
This means it may allow blood to flow more freely through the circulatory system. Thinner blood is associated with lower chances of stroke, heart attack, and other heart and circulatory issues.

Pineapple
Bromelain has also been linked to the improvement of breathing conditions that occur due to thicker mucus such as asthma. It has the same effect on mucus as it does on blood in that it thins the consistency. This makes it easier for asthma patients to breathe since the mucus is thinner and therefore not clogging their bronchial tubes.
Anti-inflammatory benefits
It is bromelain’s ability to keep blood thin and prevent it from clotting, as well as its anti-inflammatory properties that makes it a good supplement for bruise prevention. It is also thought to be a good supplement for swelling and redness.
For this reason it is often recommended after surgery to help ease the trauma caused by incisions or injections. Research also indicates that supplementing with 200 to 400 milligrams of bromelain per day can significantly ease the pain and discomfort associated with arthritis.
It has also been implicated in the improvement of certain inflammatory skin conditions. This could include acne, rosacea, dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.
While most people think bromelain is found in the fruit of the pineapple, it is primarily found in the stem. This is why it may be preferable to buy a supplement if you are looking for the specific therapeutic benefits this enzyme can offer.
Bromelain implicated in improved immunity
In addition to the anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant properties bromelain exhibits in the human body, it has also shown promise as an immunity booster. Studies have indicated it may enable certain immunity enhancing receptors in the body.
This in turn may strengthen the immune response by enhancing the response of the body’s front line immune defense, T-cells. In other words the enzyme has an enhancing effect on the immune response already in place. It helps by enabling the other mechanisms to work more efficiently together and “communicate” better with one another. For more information. <—

“Tanning Mom’s Secrets” – 5 Natural Tricks To Protect Against Sun
Hey Fitlifer – If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase energy levels, reduce stress or just generally look and feel healthier you’ve come to the right place.
Learn more about Juice Up Your Life by going here. Link <–
I just saw the tanning mom interview and it got me thinking. How can I help my friends and family against the suns harmful rays? Well, just as I as thinking this, I got a text from my friend AJ Yager. (He’s a ginger) like many gingers when summer comes they are stocking up on sunblock, aloe Vera and a few large umbrellas to carry in the day light. Which I often mistake for vampires. These people must get laid a lot. lol. Just kidding Yager. Yager, is actually paddle boarding 21 miles across the river in Austin TX, in the battle against cancer. You can support him here. <—

Aj's text
Well, as many of you Fitlifer’s know I’m all about natural dietary ways to protect you. Why put lotion and ointments on your body when they are laced with 280 chemicals. Instead, you can get certain nutrients in your diet that will assist you in your protection.
If my ginger friend AJ has questions, I’m sure there are a lot of you reading this that would love to know. Further more… if you are reading this you are probably a person that really cares for their family and friends and only want the best for them. You don’t want to end up like the tanning mom. Isn’t that crazy.
When you are trying to solve a complex problem you can often quite your mind and look to nature for the answer. The answer is rarely if ever found in the contemplation of covering something up (sun block)… the truth is always found from within.
Get Some Antaxanthin
Observe the pink flamingo. It spends most if not all of it’s time in some of the most tropical places on the planet. It’s diet consists of blue-green and red algae, diatoms. The super-antioxidant astaxanthin is found in algae, the organisms that eat it, and the organisms that eat those organisms. It has been getting some attention as an “internal sunscreen.” Does it stack up? Well, here’s a study on isolated human skin cells, in which astaxanthin definitely protects against UVA damage. Slow motion photography shows that this awesome bird filters water through their bill 20 times in 1 second to get the food. (I thought using my juicer was a efficient)
Tomato or Tomaato
Lycopene, is a famous caroteniod found in tomatoes, has been shown to protect humans against sun damage. Remember, cooked tomatoes actually gives you more of the goods then raw or juiced tomatoes.
Vitamin D
One of my favorite vitamins has shown that supplementing it increases tolerance and protection against the sun. This recent study seems to confirm that vitamin D is awesome. It’s funny how nature works. Getting sun, can actually protect you against it.

Sun Block
Get Your Long-Chain Omega-3s and Ditch the Omega-6s
Become friends with my buddy Mr. Walnut and Ms. Flax seed. They have a crush on each-other but Ms. Flax seed is nervous to bring Mr. Walnut into the family. Father Flax has a “little seedling mentality.” Getting past the hesitancy of the relationship these two are very high in Omega 3’s.
It’s Tea Time
Green tea has a ton of antioxidants. If you observe some of the oldest cultures on earth they love their tea. It’s a smart move. How it works isn’t fully understood but we do know that the polyphenols inhibit the development of skin tumors by controlling inflammation and preventing DNA damage. Tropical green tea extracts applied to the skin.
Hopefully you found these ninja tricks helpful. Next time you are in the sun or a tanning bed, you can put down the umbrella and worry less about getting burnt.
Feel free to share this post with your friends and family to help protect them as well.
We’re in this together,
Drew
7 Body Hacks For Busy Entrepreneurs
7 Body Hacks For Busy Entrepreneurs
My first client Kent Clothier called and wanted a system to getting radical results in the most effective way possible. I knew it had to be easy and systematic.
If it could be built into a system he could do it. This goes for all entrepreneurs.
Check out his transformation here <–
The secret to our success is to have laser sharp focus. When I set my clients up with a program it’s setup like a successful business from the start. We develop ways to outsource as much of the work as possible. For example, finding a personal chef or a personal trainer that works well with you ensuring you get the maximum results.
Otherwise your health much like a new business will fail, because you will lose passion and become bored. Fitness and health has to be fun and you have to get results right away. Most successful CEO’s and entrepreneurs I work with need to almost see results in real time. It’s almost obsessive. Which is why, when I create an individualized plan for them it supercharges their fat loss and health goals.

Body Hack
How can entrepreneurs or us “busy people” fit exercise in their life and not have to give up anything?
(I’m going to let you in on a little secret) I’m still tempted by the infomercial guy’s promise of 7 minutes to get abs. How good does that sound? It doesn’t work that way…
Hours and hours of trial and error desperately searching for answers and failing more than succeeding… I have seven body hacks that will get you in the best shape of your life with the…
What is a body hack? IT can be defined as..
Least amount of time
Low cost, you don’t need a gym
Little if any motivation to complete
These hacks will speed up your performance and goals with the least amount of effort.

7 Body Hacks
1. First thing in the AM. Take a cold shower. You’re probably thinking I’m crazy for bringing this up. It not only wakes you up immediately, thus letting you skip the coffee, but it also speeds up your metabolism. You feel like you conquered something first thing in the am… building up a rampage of motivation to get more stuff done.
2. Eat low-glycemic foods, like yogurt or an apple, before bedtime. This bedtime snack can combat morning fatigue and headaches from low blood sugar through the night. Adding 1-2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil to the bedtime snack can also help decrease fatigue and increase cel repair. I usually eat 3 brazil nuts before bed to boost my testosterone as well. Plus the saturated fat helps with REM sleep. This is the type of sleep you need for your body to repair effectively.
3. I’ve also been experimenting with an ice bath before bed and then a little bit of melatonin to really knock me out. You will feel like you’ve been hit with an elephant tranquilizer. (I learned this little tip from my friend Tim Ferris.) If you are into understanding your dreams like I am you could even add a little Kava with the melatonin. (Crazy Lucid Dreams.)
4. Get a metabolic type test or a full metabolic blood panel. See how your body processes different types of food. Many of my clients have a different metabolic type to the way they have been eating their whole lives… this can cause chaos inside your body and lots of inflammation in your cells, causing weight gain and a myriad of other health problems.

Healthy Cell
5. Juice! If you find yourself always hungry for no reason you could be starving from a nutrient perspective. Eating a diet high in macro foods leaves little room for micro foods… these are the foods your cells need the most to stay healthy and running effectively. If you give your cells what they need your body will begin to heal and eventually you will get in the best shape internally and externally. Health always starts within. You can get more info for our program here. <—
6. Learn to like nuts. Eating almonds in between each meal will keep your body from going into fat storing state and keep your metabolism running all day.
7. Heat it up: Eat spicy food. I love a diet high in red chili peppers and jalapeño. Research has shown that they raise your metabolism by 30-40 percent for up to 3 hours after eating them.
If I could offer up one piece of advice it would be: to start slowly. Start one of these things and do it for 2 weeks. IF you like the results move onto the next one, this will help you with the formation of a new habit and yield optimal results.
If you have any body hacks you would like to add or just really like this post, leave a comment below.

Juice Fast: What you should know…
Your toxic, I’m toxic… we are all toxic…
Toxic substances are everywhere, it’s in the air we breathe, certain foods we eat (non-organic, GMO) and even the water we drink. More and more chemicals that did not exist before are being dumped

Toxic Chemicals
into our ecosystem, endangering the human and animal population. Chemicals such as pesticides, non-organic fertilizers, air pollutants, herbicides, lead, food additives, lead, mercury, synthetic fertilizers, and solvents are only some of the chemicals that seep into our bodies.
Heavy Metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, nickel, and aluminum. These metals can accumulate in the brain, kidneys, and immune system disrupting normal function. In studying the brains of Alzheimer’s patients who had died, researchers found one common denominator: all had high concentrations of aluminum.1
Microbial Compounds: Toxins produced by yeast and bacteria in the gut can be absorbed, causing significant disruption of body functions. Gut derived microbial toxins have been seen in a many diseases such as liver disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, thyroid disease, psoriasis, lupus, asthma and much more.2
To reduce your bodies absorption of toxic substances a fiber rich diet is great. You may think that a juice fast doesn’t provide any valuable fiber but in actuality, water-soluble fibers such as pectin are extremely valuable. Fiber has an ability to bind to these ugly toxins within the gut and move them out. Chia seeds also provide an amazing amount of fiber.
Also a juice fast provides something which is fast absorption of nutrients. Since there are only water-soluble fibers consumed during a juice fast, your body is quickly absorbing amazing nutrients and giving your much energy and also healing your body in the process.
Benefits of a Juice Fast:
Now that we know what dangers our body we can protect it.
- A juice fast is a great detoxification method.
- Participating in a juice fast is one of the quickest ways to eliminate wastes and increase the healing processes of the body.
- Weight loss – most people lose weight during a juice fast.
- Heightened level of alertness.
Things to know when you are on a juice fast:
During a juice fast, fresh vegetable juice and water should be consumed. I get asked many questions on what you should do during a juice fast. Here are some common facts about a juice fast:
- Many people have asked me whether they can drink herbal teas during a juice fast…Herbal teas are great during a juice fast as long as it is unsweetened.
- Prepare for a juice fast on the day before solid food is stopped by making the last meal one of only fresh fruit and vegetables
- Pure water should be consumed during the juice fast. Approximately four 8 ounce glasses should be consumed everyday.
- No coffee, soft drinks, cigarettes, or anything else should be consumed.
- Body temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate usually slows during a juice fast so if you are cold use a blanket to stay warm.
- After a juice fast, slowly incorporate food back into your diet.
- The kidneys are mostly responsible for the elimination of toxic waste. The kidneys can be supported by drinking adequate amounts of fresh vegetable juice.
- During a juice fast it is recommended that you juice organic produce.
- If you are on certain medications make sure you check with your doctor before starting a juice fast.
The ability to detoxify is one of the critical factors for good health. Here are some testimonials from people who did the Alpha Reset juice fast.

Alpha Reset Juice Fast

Alpha Reset Juice Fast
Remember, I’m not a doctor and there isn’t significant evidence that a juice fast is proven by the medical community as treatment or a cure for anything. Here is a cool video of a juice fast recipe I made with one of my clients.
I am however an advocate of the juice fast as a means to transform my personal clients.
Like Tim Taylor for instance.
He told me it help him re-format his taste buds and now he actually enjoys healthy food.
If you are a person who has toxic taste buds, eats an excessive amount of food or has little or no will-power with the food decisions you make… you should consider doing one. Join the next group of people to partake in the the Alpha Reset. <—

Do Hidden Opiates In Our Food Explain Food Addictions?
Food addictions are not strictly “psychological” problems, but have a hard-wired, organic component.
This is a great post that was shared with my on Facebook, the original source. It is a little scientific for some I admit. The quality of content below is awesome. If you learn anything from this, feel free to share as I have. – Drew

These “food opiates” are heavily concentrated in wheat and dairy products, especially cow’s milk. Wheat contains the following opioid peptides, known as gluten exorphins, alongside which are listed their amino acid structure:
- Gluten exorphin A5: H-Gly-Tyr-Tyr-Pro-Thr-OH
- Gluten exorphin B4: H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Trp-OH
- Gluten exorphin B5: H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Trp-Leu-OH
- Gluten exorphin C: H-Tyr-Pro-Ile-Ser-Leu-OH
- Gliadorphin: Tyr-Pro-Gln-Pro-Gln-Pro-Phe
Cow milk, depending on the milk variety (A1 or A2), contain a variety of combinations of the followingcasomorphin peptides:
- β-casomorphin 1-3: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-OH
- Bovine β-casomorphin 1-4: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-OH
- Bovine β-casomorphin 1-4, amide: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-NH2
- Bovine β-casomorphin 5: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-Gly-OH
- Bovine β-casomorphin 7: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-Ile-OH
- Bovine β-casomorphin 8: H-Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-Ile-Pro-OH
It can be argued that many of the most popular foods consumed in Western culture are done so notprimarily for their nutritive value but rather for their addictive properties. Some of these foods we become truly infatuated with and are identified as “comfort foods,” that are “to die for,” or that we “love.”
Food opiates are widely distributed throughout our diet, and are found in many unsuspecting places. Fructose, which is fast becoming the primary source of calories in the American diet, while not itself an opioid peptide, is known to increase brain levels of endogenous morphine following ingestion,[1][2]and may produce metabolic products in the brain very similar to those produced by morphine.[3] In fact, it has been identified to stimulate a “hedonic pathway” in the brain, not unlike alcohol, which incidentally is metabolized along the same liver pathways.[4] Fructose, in isolated or concentrated form, is highly toxic and have been linked to over 70 health conditions.
Some other common food opiates include
- Spinach: popular leafy green contains two opioid peptides named rubiscolins-5 and -6.[5][6]
- Coffee: the oil known as cafestrol which is found in both decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee contains potent morphine-like activity.[7] Many of coffee’s effects therefore may be mediated via opiate receptors, as well as the effects of caffeine. [8]
- Rice protein: rice albumin may have opioid properties, depending on how thoroughly it is digested; incomplete digestion may increase the likelihood of there being a pharmacologically active effect.
- Meat and Fish Protein: when complex animal proteins are enzymatically degraded some exhibit opiate-like properties. Some of these “biogenic peptides” as they are known have been investigated for their potential role in the treatment and prevention of
hypertension.[9]
Yum
- Chocolate: One of the well-known mechanisms behind cocoa’s cardioprotective activity is the ability of epicatechin to act via opioid receptors, specifically through the δ-opioid receptor, to produce cardiac protection from injury associated with low oxygen.[10] Animal feeding studies also show that the opiate-blocking drug naloxone reduces chocolate cravings, suggesting that some of chocolate’s desirable qualities may be related to their opiate activity in the nervous system.[11]
- Sugar: As mentioned above fructose has opiate-like properties, but so does sucrose (table sugar) and glucose. Since starch as found in “complex carbohydrates” is hidden sugar and often technically higher on the glycemic index than actual sugar (e.g. puffed rice makes the blood sweeter than white sugar), even grains may elicit addictive behaviors through the modulation of opioid pathways in the brain.
While many of our most commonly consumed foods and beverages contain food opiates, our original infatuation with opiate peptides actually begins at birth, as is nature’s inherently intelligent design. Being born into the world an extremely underdeveloped mammal (i.e. compared to horses we take years longer to gain independence),* the biological imperative is for there to be a strong bond between mother and offspring consummated in the act of breastfeeding.
Breast milk, therefore, contains actual morphine. This is to ensure that a very close bond forms and that the offspring will seek out and obtain nourishment by garnishing physical dependency.
The fact that our first food — breast milk — contains opiates and that the biosynthetic pathway for morphine exist in tissues such as the liver, blood and brain, indicate that our species was destined to be drawn to substances that either mimic the action of opiates, or modulate their secretion and/or activity within our bodies.[12]
Ultimately, many food opiates are consumed in order to self-medicate. Coffee, for instance, has profoundpsychoactive properties that cannot be reduced to its caffeine content alone. The opiate-like property of coffee explains why it may relax and/or reduce stress in certain people, raising the threshold of anxiety or aggression in a way quite opposite to what would be expected from the effects of caffeine alone.
This effect may be maintained as long as coffee is administered continuously, like any other pharmacologically drug. However, if suddenly withdrawn, some experience symptoms identical to those associated with withdrawal from opiate drugs.
In addition, many food opiates, such as are found in wheat and cow’s milk products, entice us to consume foods that are intrinsically unhealthy. Wheat, for instance, has been linked to over 160 health conditions, and cow’s milk is known to be a risk factor for type 1 diabetes. But both are consumed globally in the billions of pounds and lauded as “health foods” by the unsuspecting masses unaware of the addictive hold they may have on them. The Dark Side of Wheat and cow’s milk is rarely acknowledged, though the role of food opiates may shed some much needed light on the topic.
The point is that food is not just a “fuel” for the body, as classically defined through nutritional reductionism. It has profound genoregulatory and neuroendocrine modulating properties. One of the best ways to ascertain whether food opiates are affecting your health is to embark on an elimination diet. Sometimes following a gluten or cow’s milk free diet, the physiological shackles are thrown off, and it is possible to renewed health and vitality.
Many seemingly unrelated health conditions may improve and/or go into remission. When the food is reintroduced months later, it is far easier to feel its true effects on the body — adverse effects that were always there, but due to their chronic consumption were considered normal.
*an interesting fact of evolutionary biology is that our head size has grown so large in proportion to our hip size that we must be born with a relatively underdeveloped body in order to make it through the birth canal. This ensures that a great proportion of our development must occur outside of the womb, making our dependence on milk much more intense.
For the same reason that human breast milk contains morphine, the casomorphins in cow’s milk are intended to sedate/placate/anesthetize calves born into the wild. Is it any surprise that humans (whose poignantly aware brains contains as many neurons as stars in our galaxy!) are the only mammals who never stop weaning themselves from this narcotic elixir? Perhaps we dope and dumb ourselves down with these opiate peptides in order not to go insane from the poignant awareness that such a huge brain generates.

Why Juicing Vegetables is Essential for Longevity
Juicing vegetables versus blending vegetables. Reasons why I love juicing vegetables!

Add Color to Your Juice Recipes with these Vegetables
Juicing vegetables ideal way to get the greatest nutritional benefit. First look at the color of your juice. Juicing vegetables that have vibrant color, the more powerful the juice. So always choose color.
Flavonoids, the plant pigments responsible for the colors in fruits and vegetables, also have anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-viral, and anti-carcinogenic properties. By juicing vegetables full of color you get amazing benefits.
According to research compiled by the North Carolina Research Campus, the American Dietetic Association, the American Cancer Foundation, and the American Diabetes Association, there are almost as many reasons for juicing vegetables for longevity and anti-aging as there are fruits and vegetables to juice with.
Juicing vegetables contains proteins, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals in a form your body can easily absorb.
Juicing vegetables is rich in potassium and low in sodium, which helps promote cardiovascular health and prevent cancer.
Enzymes from juicing vegetables are essential for digestion and the absorption of nutrients in your food.
Juicing vegetables is loaded with powerful antioxidants called carotenes, found in dark leafy green vegetables and red, purple, and yellow-orange fruit and vegetables, all of which neutralize cancer-causing free radicals and promote longevity.
Juicing vegetables such as celery combined with apple reduces inflammation, promotes calm, and restores restful sleep.
Juicing vegetables such as alkaline vegetables including carrots, tomatoes, parsley, spinach, kale, and celery helps detoxify the liver, kidneys, blood, and muscle tissue of toxins that have been accumulating for years.

Refreshing Cucumber Slices...Great for puffy eyes
The nutrients found when juicing vegetables are also responsible for reducing or eliminating acne, anemia, high cholesterol, bladder infections, bronchitis, canker sores, carpal tunnel, constipation, gallstones, glaucoma, headaches, hypertension, indigestion, insomnia, kidney stones, macular degeneration, menopause, morning sickness, osteoporosis, prostate enlargement, psoriasis, ulcers, varicose veins, and water retention.
Check out Tim Taylor’s amazing transformation. Juicing vegetables changed his life.

This was a recent blog post on CNN.Com At the bottom the article, I’m going to give some information to detox before pregnancy. Keep in mind, I always encourage my clients to communicate with their doctors before doing the Alpha Reset or any of our other programs.
The cry of a baby withdrawing from prescription opiates is shrill, as if the child is in terrible pain.
“It’s a very high-pitched, uncomfortable cry,” said Dr. Aimee Bohn, a pediatrician with Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation in Whitesburg, Kentucky. “It’s like the kid has been pinched.”
That characteristic cry is increasingly ringing through the hallways of hospitals nationwide, according to new research.
By 2009 there were more than 13,000 babies born with neonatal abstinence syndrome, a withdrawal syndrome that occurs in some babies after being exposed to a class of painkillers, called opiates, while in utero, according to the study published Monday.
“That’s about one baby per hour,” said Dr. Stephen Patrick, lead author of the study, which was published online in the Journal of American Medical Association. “We were surprised by it. That’s a startling increase.”
Perhaps more startling – that one baby per hour figure marks about a three-fold increase in the number of babies born with NAS since 2000; and during the same time period, opiate use among expectant mothers was also jumping, increasing nearly five-fold.
“There has been an incredible increase in the number of opiate pain relievers prescribed in the U.S.,” said Patrick, a fellow in the University of Michigan’s Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. ”We think that might be part of the increase we are seeing.”
Patrick says he undertook the study after he and colleagues from other hospitals began noticing more and more babies in their neonatal intensive care units with hallmarks of NAS, which includes increased irritability, respiratory and feeding problems, low birth weight and, rarely, seizures.
Using hospital billing data from the Kids’ Inpatient Database, they identified which newborns were discharged with an NAS diagnosis to arrive at a national estimate.
Bohn says that a couple of years ago, one baby per hour born withdrawing from opiates would have surprised her. Today, she says, it is not surprising based on what she is seeing in eastern Kentucky, part of an area known as “ground zero” of prescription drug abuse.
“Women you would never guess have a problem because they are functioning in society come in addicted,” said Bohn.
Those mothers, said Bohn, are having babies with NAS at a rate of 1-2 cases per week, on a busy month, at her hospital. And that does not include babies who are exposed to prescription painkillers in utero, but somehow escape the overt symptoms at birth.
“A lot of times, the babies are a little jittery, they shake when they first come out,” said Bohn. “They become cranky, they don’t sleep and they develop terrible diaper rashes.”

The average hospital stay for a baby born withdrawing from painkillers is 16 days, according to the JAMA study, and 77% of the time, babies with NAS were charged under state Medicaid programs.
“What we found is that the total U.S. hospital bill quadrupled over the time frame [2000-2009] nearing 720 million dollars,” said Patrick. “That is extra incentive for state governments to engage in developing solutions to prevent this.”
First off, if you are dealing with pain and are on meds. I’m so sorry to hear you are. The first step is to pray and meditate. Many people feel like they don’t have time and this is often overlooked.
What Are The Best Ways To Detox?
Drink lots of water: with pink salt and lemon in it. This will help flush them out.
Drink juices: You may want to try the Alpha Reset or another fast before you get pregnant. (Start taking care of your body, before you bring another life into the world.) It’s abuse… seriously!)
Exercise: so simple but so many people are lacking at this. Movement is the 3rd most important thing to a human being.
Sauna: (Infrared.) to help “sweat” the chemicals out.
Sleep: Make sure you are coming into alignment with your bodies natural circadian rhythm, this is 10pm to 6pm.
Deep Breathing Techniques: Do yoga or practice breathing deeply throughout the day. Your lungs detox 70% of the toxins in your body.
Find a friend: to support you during your detox. Make sure that friends likes to give out free hugs. (No one does this anymore.)
I hope these tips/suggestions help. I’ve had friends and coaching students give up the drugs.
I believe ultimately it comes down to self care. These Moms are searching for something outside of themselves to solve the pain that is going on internally.
The answer is within all of us.

47 Year Old Man Transforms From Average To Awesome
Tim Taylor – admired by thousands of real estate investors all over the country for teaching them not only about real estate..but, how to have a positive mental attitude.
Tim Tenacious Taylor
When I first met with him just over 90 days ago, I knew this was going to be one kick ass transformation. Tim, at the age of 47 knew that beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was going to get in the best shape of his life.
I asked him if he wanted to do it to look like he was on the cover of a Mens health magazine…
His response: he saw “that” as a side benefit.
He wanted more energy.
He wanted to feel better.
More alert and awake throught-out the day.
He wanted to lead by example.
Check out the declaration video.
We talked about how much these 90 days would change his life forever.
Like many successful entrepreneurs Tim sacrificed his health for the cashola.
“At the end of the day, the most important thing is your health… you could have all the money in the world but if you don’t have your health… you have nothing!” – Tim Taylor
Transformation Tips:
1) Tim did the Alpha Reset and lost 8 pounds of gut bloat in the first week. After the reset he flushed out a lot of the toxins (Xenoestrogens) that were in his body, causing inflammation and fat storage in his cells to dissipate. He turned his body from a fat storing machine into a “fat burning” machine.
2) After the DNA test we were able to figure out that Tim is a carb reducer. Meaning when he eats simple carbs his body doesn’t oxidise the food like protein. We slowly eliminated these types of carbs and started supplementing his diet with more vegetables.
3) We tested a multitude of different workouts and strategies for optimum results and came to the conclusion that the best types of workouts for Tim was mid level cardio in the AM and strength training in the afternoon.
Tenacious Tim’s Mindset Tips
Vision – you have to have vision for whatever you set out to do. An unwavering laser sharp focus in the attainment of your ideal.
Passion – If you are not excited about your vision there is a good chance that you will not stick with it and you will stop doing it. You gotta wake up excited to make things happen!
Massive Action – This is the part where most people fail. They are to busy playing analysis paralysis… Frozen by too many options. Tim, is a firm believer in starting “RIGHT NOW.”
You can tell that he is a man of his word. What’s the saying? “A picture is worth a THOUSAND words”?
Check out Tim’s before and after pic….

Legacy Club Challenge
As Tim’s coach through-out this, it is an honor and a privilege to say that this has been one of the best transformations I’ve been a part of.
Proud of you Tim.
