          Stairway to Heaven – Interval Cardio Workout

          This video doesn’t need a big intro.

          Give it a watch, and scroll down for a copy of the workout as well as how to adjust it for yourself!

          Step by step you can be on your way to 6-pack abs and a Fit Life…

          Here is the workout:

          1 round of the stairs means up fast, down slow, followed by 25 pushups. Do this on a 1:15 interval.

          We are going to do 10 rounds.

          We are going to descend 1-3 (get faster each round on the way up the stairs), and round 4 & 5 are as fast as you can go up the stairs. On every round go slow on the way down the stairs.

          First round you go 55-65%
          Second round you go 65-75% (or faster than the first round)
          Third round you go 75-85% (or faster than the second round)
          Fourth and Fifth rounds are as fast as you can go!

          Repeat those 5 rounds again.

          This workout is 250 push-ups and 10 rounds of the stairs in 12 minutes and 30 seconds.

          This is a TOUGH workout, so many of you will need to adjust the number of push-ups as well as the rest interval. The important thing is that you are moving and exercising!
